Confirmed Service Customer
No one was out at the vehicles when pulling into direct individuals pulling up to the service center. I proceeded into speak with a service representative Lex Azpeitia. She was direct and helpful through the process. I received a 41 second video of my vehicle. I received a text message advising my vehicle was ready for pick up. I went to pick up my vehicle and was directed to the cashier's desk. When I arrived at the front desk two men were in front of the copier, another at the file cabinet and a woman at the farthest desk from the counter. All individuals looked up and saw me standing at the counter. Non of the four individuals acknowledge my presence. I had to say "excuse me, I am here to pick up my vehicle. Can anyone help me?" The gentleman who was standing in front of the file cabinets walked up and began whispering. I gave him my last name and he went to Lex to obtain the paperwork. As he walked away, the woman from the back desk, chimed in with a comment. If she wanted to be helpful, she could have got up from behind her desk. He came back with paperwork, and I paid for my service.
