Staff is always great!! Always very helpful. I came in for oil and filter change with a coupon that included tire rotation for 124.99 plus tax. Oil and filter changed in timely manner. However, when arriving at home, noticed tires had not been rotated. I know this because right rear center cap had no decal and tire was in same place, which told me tires had not been rotated. Invoice says tire rotation was performed. I���m sure this was an accidental oversight but should be acknowledged.

Lex was great to work along with the rest of the service team. There was a conflict with the 1st complementary service on a new 3500 HD truck by GMC but the service department absolutely went out of there way to make me satisfied. I���ve been going to that service department for 20 years with my vehicles and you guys always go out of the way to get it right and make sure I���m a satisfied customer.
