Salesperson was great, a 10 out of 10. The folks processing the paperwork were terrible, tried to not give us all of our GM card dollars earned, excluded our rebate from the closing papers, added an extended warranty without asking us, and then charging us the maximum for the extended warranty rather than giving us the lower "Costco" rate.
