I brought my 2022 GMC Sierra Denali in to have the batteries check and an oil change. I was told it would take a long time to drain the batteries to check them properly and recharge them. Service was completed in under an hour which I thought was strange, as I was told it would take at least 1.5 hrs just for the batteries. I was told the batteries were both at 80% and they charged them both. I don’t think the batteries were completely drained and was told when I’m on vacation for a week to have some start the truck and let it run for a bit. I don’t feel that a new truck should have to be started during just sitting for a week. I’m not sure the service was completed appropriately.
