I just would like to take the time and opportunity to thank Mr. Max, for sharing with me what good customer service looks, acts, walks and talks like. I have been a loyal customer of Elk Grove GMC BUICK, for 7 or 8 years and until l had the opportunity and privilege of meeting the gentleman, that serviced my vehicle. I have faith in God ,to know that He does not make any mistakes. So I really appreciate the good customer service that I received for the young man. I truly understand one reason why he got hired as a representative of Elk Grove GMC Buick. To have the honor of showing what the opedimy of good customer service is.
