Lex was my service technician and I give her five stars for the service and attention. She provided me during the service of my vehicle. The only frustrating thing is ordering parts delays the turnaround time of getting your vehicle serviced. Other than that, I have no problems bringing it in my vehicle to the elk Grove GMC Dealership.. I also think the mechanics are some of the best in diagnosing and fixing the problems. When I leave, I know my car is fixed right and it runs like I expected to. Again, thank you Lex for taking care of me While my car was being serviced. Great job!
